Thursday at the County Fair

The Oak Ridge Boys celebration tour, senior citizens day with music by Loco Vocals from 1 to 4:30 pm in Radio Park, and the Meat Animal Sale just to name a few on day two of the Dodge County Fair.  There’s something fun for the whole family at the Fair, please feel free to ask questions as a reply in the comments section below, we love to hear from our fans!

Take a break with your kids, do a little indoor fishing, the Fish Pond is an activity for children of all ages. Kids fish indoors to catch a variety of prizes in paper bags for a small cost.  All proceeds go to the Dodge County 4-H Program.  The Fish Pond is located next to the 4-H Promotion Booth in the Youth Building. After fishing, walk around the Youth Building and look at all the Dodge County Youth’s 4-H and FFA projects.

It’s Kids Day on the Midway, get 20 tickets for $10 or $1.25 each from 1 to 7 pm. Regular ticket prices resume at 7 pm, 10 tickets for $10 or $1.25 each. Visit our Midway Rides Page for more information.

Uncle Bill and the LIVE Barn Show featuring interviews with local celebrities plus fun and prizes from 5 to 6:30 pm at Radio Park.  At 7 pm area youth will show and sell their top animals at the Meat Animal Sale in the Farm Progress Area. Supported by local businesses this event is well attended and an annual tradition at the Fair.

The Oak Ridge Boys celebration tour lights up the Grandstand Stage presented by 92.5FM Buzz Country at 8 pm. All seats are FREE with paid admission to the Fair and are available on a first come, first serve basis. You can sit on the track in your lawn chair or on the bleachers in the grandstands. After the concert, enjoy music at WXRO WBEV Radio Park by The Madpolecats from Madison, WI. This family band has an arsenal of instruments and is made of musicians who have played together at roadhouse bars, churches, music festivals, concert halls, fund raising events, benefits, weddings, wakes, and some of the best street corners in Wisconsin.

Gate Admission is $7 before 2 pm or $10 after 2 pm.  Age 9 and under FREE. Please no carry-ins. FREE Grandstand and Parking!

2017 Dodge County FairAll day

Family friendly entertainment as low as $5.40 per day with the purchase of a season pass. The annual music festival and county fair entertains over 52,000 fans a year and is the largest outdoor event in the area.

Support the youth of Dodge County at the Meat Animal Sale on Thursday in the Farm Progress Arena. Preregistered bidders/buyers are recognized with a free dinner preceding the auction. Each exhibitor, in order to sell, must participate in a number of educational activities, raise, and show an animal of top quality.

About Fair Assoc

The Dodge County Fair Association is a State of Wisconsin Corporation formed for the purpose of operating a fairgrounds, which is presently located four (4) miles east of the city of Beaver Dam on State Highway 33 on 40 acres of land, which the Corporation owns. The Association is an IRC (Internal Revenue Code) Sec. 501(c)(3) organization. Your tax deductible contributions are appreciated to maintain buildings and grounds.
