The Dodge County Fair will be thrilling fans with new songs and popular country music hits from one of the fastest-rising duos in the country music industry.  LOCASH will appear on the grandstand stage on August 18.  The Friday evening concert will start at 8:00 pm and grandstand admission is free with paid gate admission to the Fair.

LOCASH’s duo, Preston Brust and Chris Lucas, are two of Nashville’s fastest-rising talent. Their hit single “I Love This Life” topped the Country Billboard Chart at number two.  And their current single, “I Know Somebody” is entertaining fans at sold-out concerts far and wide.  The video for the popular single was nominated for Country Music Television’s Duo Video of the Year honor earlier this year.  LOCASH has performed internationally in Germany and Switzerland and have appeared on The Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and in Times Square on the New Year’s Eve special.

Beaver Dam is only a short drive from Madison and the Milwaukee and Fox Valley areas.  The Dodge County Fair is just one stop on their 2017 tour, covering the United States and Canada. LOCASH will be performing at dozens of fairs and festivals and finishing their tour with three shows in October, joining Tim McGraw and Faith Hill on their Soul2Soul tour.

LOCASH initially started their career more than a decade ago as The LoCash Cowboys.  Fans may recognize their early hits, “Here Comes Summer”, “Keep In Mind” and “Best Seat In The House”.  The duo later abbreviated their name to LOCASH – to remember where you came from and your roots – something that they are trying to do as they grow as artists in the industry.  Brust and Lucas met when they worked together in a DJ booth at Nashville’s Wildhorse Saloon.  Their influences, songwriting skills and lifelong dreams quickly brought the two together.

Fans may recognize other popular hits from the duo songwriters, including “Ring on Every Finger” and “Chase a Little Love”.

Grandstand admission is always FREE with paid gate admission to the fair.  Gate admission is only $7 before 2:00 pm and $10 after 2:00 pm.  Age 9 and under are free.  Season tickets are available for only $27 before August 16 ($35 there after).  Tickets may be purchased at most Dodge County Banks, Recheks Food Pride, Beaver Dam Piggly Wiggly or at the Fairgrounds Office. Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis.  There are no advanced daily ticket sales or reserved seating.  Please visit the Dodge County Fairgrounds website for additional information regarding concert seating and chair and blanket placement.
