The Badger State Tractor Pull (BSTP) will kick off the 2019 Dodge County Fair for the third consecutive year on Wednesday, August 14. Beginning at 7:00 pm, each class will include several competitors from all over the Midwest across two separate tracks. Both tracks will be even wider this year and reach 350 feet. Last year’s event drew more than fifty competitors and more than 6,500 fans in the grandstands – leaving standing room only. Don’t miss this popular free event for the entire family.

Badger State Tractor Pullers is the premier pulling association in the state of Wisconsin and was started in 1974. Over the past forty-five years, Badger State Tractor Pullers has become one of the strongest pulling groups throughout the country. Many Badger State pullers attend national events throughout the course of the year — and are often tough to beat. The Badger State Tractor Pullers have classes ranging from 1200 Horsepower up to a near 4000 Horsepower, which really diversifies each event and keeps fans on the edge of their seats. The Badger State Tractor Pullers will be entertaining crowds at close to thirty events throughout the 2019 season. The events this summer are spread out across the Midwest in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. For the Dodge County Fair pull, Chris Feller (Waterloo) and Alan Paulson (Columbus) will be the, “hometown pullers”. Both competitors have a large interest in track and event preparation. Feller and Paulson will make this a great event for all that attend.

Vehicles will navigate the tracks going faster than 25 mph, pulling a sled weighing 40,000 pounds.  The tractor pull will include various pro stock tractors and some of the top-running diesel trucks in the country.  Classes competing include: Pro-stock Tractor (PST), Limited Prostock Tractor (LPST), 540 Light Pro Tractor (540LP), Super Farm (SF), Light Limited Super Stock Tractor (LLSS), Limited Pro Diesel Truck (LPDT).

If you are interested in pulling your vehicle that meets all of the specific Badger State class rules, you are eligible to participate in the pull. Simply pay a single hook fee the day of the event. Contact Badger State Tractor Pullers for more information at [email protected].
