As the season turns cooler and wetter, local RV, boat, camper and oversized vehicle owners may store their vehicles indoors at the Dodge County Fairgrounds this fall and winter. This has become a popular, safe option for Beaver Dam and Dodge County residents for storing their motor homes, various campers, pontoon boats, fishing boats and cars indoors. The Youth Building will be offering additional storage space this season, as the Dodge County Fair Association took over ownership of the building last year.

The indoor areas are available from October through April. No advance reservations are accepted. All spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two entry and two exit dates are scheduled for easy parking and placement for the season. Storage intake will begin on Saturday, October 24 from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. A second date is scheduled for Saturday, October 31 from 8:00 in the morning until the facility is full – or 1:00 pm.

To have your questions answered, contact Doug at [email protected] or 920-210-1216. Cash or check is accepted for storage fees. Minimum storage fees are $200 for vehicles up to 17 feet. Add-on rates are $10 per additional foot. Measurements are taken from the hitch of the vehicle to the furthest rear of the vehicle. Funds raised from the 2019-2020 season will help support maintenance and upkeeping of the Dodge County Fairgrounds and youth education buildings.

Vehicle owners should reserve April 10 (for those moving in October 31) and April 17 (for October 24 move-in) to remove their vehicles from the Dodge County Fairgrounds. If you are unable to make the scheduled entry dates, please contact [email protected] or 920-210-1216 to make alternate arrangements.
