  2. Dan says:

I would really like to come to the fair on Saturday and Sunday this year. I stopped going to the fair because people have been allowed to tape blankets to seats to reserve them and then leave for the day, which is outrageous. Is that still allowed this year? If not, I will be there on Saturday and Sunday.

    • Fair Assoc says:

Great point Dan, we addressed this last year with a new policy … In response to feedback from our fans, a new process for grandstand seating has been put in place… Signs and decals in the grandstand area are now posted; “Unattended Seats Available at Show Time”. Our fans reported reserved spaces with blankets on seats and no one would show up. Therefore, starting at the 2018 Fair all seats in the grandstand are available to anyone at the start of the concert, pull, or demo derby. Go ahead and sit on the blanket left by someone else, maybe their plans changed, we want everyone in attendance to enjoy the entertainment. If you want to use the space you reserved please be at your spot at the start of the show. For each night there is a slightly different process, more information for each night can be found at https://www.dodgecountyfairgrounds.com/faqs/when-can-i-set-up-my-chairs-for-the-entertainment/

  3. Kay says:

Who are the list of food vendors that are coming to the fair?

    • Fair Assoc says:

Thanks for asking Kay … We will post a full list of vendors and food menu a few days prior to the start of the Fair. We have done this for the past several years but at this time we are still gathering the information. Look for a post to our website between August 10th and 14th or sign-up for our email updates to get notified of new posts at http://eepurl.com/s-WgL
