Dodge County Fair – Thursday, August 17th, 2017

The Oak Ridge Boys celebration tour takes the stage at 8pm on Thursday, August 17th of the 2017 Dodge County Fair.  It’s a fun-filled day with activities in Radio Park, Judging in the Youth Building and Livestock Buildings.  At 7 pm business owners recognize livestock raised by local youth during the annual Meat Animal Sale in the Farm Progress Arena.

Gate Admission is $7 before 2 pm and $10 after 2 pm.  Age 9 and under FREE. Season tickets are $27 before August 16th and $35 there after. Tickets can be purchased at most Dodge County Banks, Recheks Food Pride, Beaver Dam Piggly Wiggly or at the Fairgrounds Office. Please NO CARRY INS. FREE Grandstand and Parking – all you pay is your admission to the fair!

Family friendly entertainment as low as $5.40 per day with the purchase of a season pass. The annual music festival and county fair entertains over 52,000 fans a year and is the largest outdoor event in the area.

Junior Fair Rabbit and Cavy Judging8:30 am – 10:00 am

Youth participate in Danish judging and animals are evaluated on functionality, structure, balance, and attractiveness. Judging is held in the Small Animal Building on the northwest corner of the Fairgrounds.

Support the youth of Dodge County at the Meat Animal Sale on Thursday in the Farm Progress Arena. Preregistered bidders/buyers are recognized with a free dinner preceding the auction. Each exhibitor, in order to sell, must participate in a number of educational activities, raise, and show an animal of top quality.
