Is there an ATM on the grounds?
Yes, an ATM is available during major events and is located under the Main Grandstand, next to the Concession Stand, with a large sign over the doorway that reads ATM Inside.
Is overnight camping allowed at the Fairgrounds?
Yes, the Fairgrounds has 50 RV camping sites. Please reserve a site in our RV Park from late April to mid-October. The only exception is during the County Fair, when a parking pass must be purchased at the office and admission is collected daily. Where can I purchase a Season Ticket and Attend all Five Days for only $7 a day?

Does the Fairgrounds have cellular data coverage?
Cellular coverage can be spotty or congested at the Fairgrounds, so US Cellular installs a temporary tower during fair week to boost signal strength. Additionally, Netwurx offers WIFI Internet throughout the grounds as a reliable, high-speed alternative that does not interfere with standard cellular services.
Does the Fairgrounds have WIFI Internet available?
Yes! Netwurx Internet is providing a FREE WiFi service for the duration of the Fair, and coverage is available throughout most of the fairgrounds. Information is available on many signs throughout the fairgrounds. To connect, select Free WIFI with password: wifinow!
General Fair Free WIFI is a FREE service available at all events, compliments of Netwurx Wireless Internet.

Are credit/debit cards accepted for ticket and food purchases?
Yes, credit and debit cards are accepted at the ticket gate, and most food vendors accept them at their stands. Carnival ride tickets are cash only, but we have several ATM machines on the grounds if you run low on cash. Thank you!
Do you have handicap scooters or wheelchairs for rent?
Sorry, we do not have a company that rents scooters or wheelchairs at the County Fair. You are welcome to bring your own from home if you need one to get around the grounds. Thank you for asking.
If I purchased the $30 wristband for the rides and keep it on, can I use it another day? Same thing with ride tickets.
Wristbands and discount tickets can only be used during the promotion period. All Kids Day and Family Day discount tickets must be used during the special promotion hours. Regular-price tickets can be used any day or at any time during the five-day event.
How much does parking cost?
Parking anywhere on the fairgrounds is absolutely FREE. All you pay is your gate admission! With over 75 acres of parking, there is plenty of parking on the grounds!
I need directions to the Fairgrounds, how do I go about mapping your location?
Most mapping software will recognize “Dodge County Fairgrounds” by name, or use N6885 High Point Road, Beaver Dam, WI 53916 (some systems list us in Juneau, WI 53039). Use the Google Maps link http://goo.gl/maps/RUh3s to locate the Fairgrounds, print driving directions, or load the coordinates 43.44275 -88.75864 into your smartphone or GPS device. Can we stay overnight at the County Fair and what is the cost?
County Fair Camping Rates are $45 per day for Commercial Vendors or $125 per week for Exhibitors, starting Monday before the Fair at 7 AM and ending Sunday at 6 pm. Sites include electric and water, but you may need up to 100 feet of hose or cord to connect. Our sewer dump station is available only before or after the Fair. Each camper must display a camping permit, which can be purchased at the Fair Office starting July 18 during office hours, 9 AM to 2 PM.
Are bleachers available for Saturday’s concert if chairs aren't allowed?
For the concert on Saturday, the only place to sit is in the grandstands. There will be plenty of seats available, and most of the crowd will be in the track area next to the stage. You can bring a padded seat for the bleachers if you want. We hope you enjoy the concert, and thank you for asking in advance.
Is there a handicap section to see the concerts?
Concert Seating MapYes, there is a handicap section for watching the concerts at the base of grandstand sections F through G. Your friends and family may sit next to you on lawn chairs. The area is paved throughout and has a slight incline for a clear view of the stage. Wheelchair access should not be a problem. The handicap area will be roped off. Feel free to enter. Security will monitor and help make space available. Attendees in wheelchairs or using walkers are welcome to use this area to watch the musical entertainment.
How do I get a copy of the Demo Derby rules for entering a car, truck or van?
Demolition Derby InfoA group of three Demolition Derby coordinators will officiate the event on Sunday of the Fair. To obtain a copy of the rules or ask questions, please contact the event coordinators on their Facebook Page.
How do we get Meet and Greet Backstage Passes?
The entertainers often give passes away by joining the artists' fan club, following them on social media for announcements or contests, and sometimes the presenting radio station for the night has contests; WTKM 104.9 for Thursday, 92.5 Buzz Country for Friday, and WXRO 95.3 for Saturday.
How much does it cost to see the entertainment?
Enjoy free grandstand entertainment—including concerts and tractor pulls—plus free parking and family shows with your paid fair admission! Seating is first-come, first-served, as no reserved or VIP tickets are sold. Daily admission is $10 before noon and $15 after, while kids 9 and under are always free. For the best value, purchase a $35 advance season ticket ($40 at the gate) to drop your daily cost to just $7. Tickets are available at most Dodge County banks, the Fairgrounds Office, The Market in Beaver Dam, local Piggly Wiggly stores, and Leroy Meats; please note that no carry-ins are permitted.
How do I enter and exit using Season and Exhibitor Tickets?
If you have a Season Ticket or Exhibitor Ticket and wish to re-enter the grounds on the same day, you will need to get a wristband at the Fair Office. This wristband will be fastened by Fair Personnel only to the Season / Exhibitor Ticket holder. The Season / Exhibitor Ticket is only valid for the person to whom it was issued. A new ticket is used each day, and a different wristband must be obtained each day if you wish to re-enter the fairgrounds.
Are pets allowed on the Fairgrounds?
No dogs or animals will be allowed on the grounds except for service dogs and show animals.
When can I set up my chairs for the entertainment?
Concert Seating MapIn response to feedback from our fans, a new grandstand seating process has been implemented. Signs and decals in the grandstand area now read “Unattended Seats Available at Show Time.” Our fans reported that reserved spaces were occupied with blankets on the seats, and no one would show up. Therefore, starting at the 2018 Fair, all seats in the grandstand are available to anyone at the start of the concert, pull, or demo derby. Please feel free to sit on the blanket left by someone else; perhaps their plans changed. We want everyone in attendance to enjoy the entertainment. If you wish to use the space you have reserved, please arrive at your designated spot at the start of the show.
Wednesday, August 19, 2026 – (Badger State Tractor Pull) Seating is available in our two large grandstands—no lawn chairs. Blankets can be placed in the grandstands at any time, although we ask that you DO NOT tape or tie to the bleachers.
Thursday, August 20, 2026 – (Phil Vassar) Chairs cannot be placed on the track until 8 am Thursday! We understand many prefer to set chairs before going to work, but cannot guarantee their spot and may be moved by the grounds crew. Chairs placed at 8 am will get priority at the front. Subject to change depending on weather conditions and manpower availability. Blankets can be placed in the grandstands at any time, although we ask that you DO NOT tape or tie to the bleachers.
Friday, August 21, 2026 – (Vincent Mason) Chairs can be set up the night before or early in the morning, as long as all litter has been picked up and placed in garbage containers. Blankets can be placed in the grandstands at any time, although we ask that you DO NOT tape or tie to the bleachers. After the show, please take your chairs home to make room for Tractor Pulls on Saturday.
Saturday, August 22, 2026 – (George Thorogood and the Destroyers) No one can enter the track area until the tractor pull is over and the grounds crew has completed cleaning and preparing the grounds for the show. No chairs can remain after the tractor pulls on the paved surface. Standing room only on the track surface during the concert, no chairs allowed. Seating is available in the grandstands. Blankets can be placed in the grandstands at any time; however, we kindly request that you refrain from taping or tying them to the bleachers. See our Seating Chart for details on where to line up to enter the concert following the tractor pull (the first person in line gets the first choice). A small section of the grandstand will be reserved for VIPs and sponsors of the Fair.
Sunday, August 23, 2026 – (Truck Pull & Demo Derby): Following the Truck Pull, the grounds crew will remove all unattended blankets and reserved spots to maximize seating in the grandstand for the Demolition Derbies. We will not allow any reserved seating on Sunday.
Is there other seating available other than chairs?
Concert Seating MapYes, we have two large grandstands that hold more than 4,500 people. You can bring a blanket to sit on either grandstand, but it is not required. We ask that blankets NOT be tied or taped to the bleachers. There is also a large area in front of the main grandstand where you can stand and watch the show.
Can I reserve seating in the Grandstands?
Concert Seating MapSpaces can be reserved Wednesday through Saturday. We ask that you do not tape or tie to the bleachers. All unattended seats, whether reserved or not, are available to anyone at show time. No blankets or garbage bags are allowed in the grandstand on Sunday. We will not allow any reserved seating on Sunday.
What hours is the Fair open?
The Fair is open daily from 8 am to 11:30 PM. (Sunday teardown can start at 6 pm in some areas)
How do I get front row seats or backstage passes?
Participate in contests on local radio stations; WTKM 104.9 on Thursday, 92.5 Buzz Country on Friday, and WXRO 95.3 on Saturday. Join the artist's fan club, follow social media, and sometimes just be in the right place at the right time.
Do you have VIP Front Row Seats for Advance Purchase?

How do I enter items like Flowers, Vegetables, Arts & Crafts in the Fair?
Exhibitor InformationGet a Fair Premium Book at one of many locations throughout the county starting the second week of July, including most Dodge County Banks, Beaver Dam or Juneau Piggly Wiggly, The Market in Beaver Dam, and the Fair Office at the Fairgrounds. Complete the Entry Form and return it to the Fair Office. Then pick up entry tags on Tuesday before the fair, or include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to have them sent. Exhibitor Season tickets are $30.
How do I rent commercial vendor or tent display space?

If you need assistance during the week of the county fair, Pat will be available on-site at the Space Manager Office, located directly south of the main Fair Office.
Is there a place to park a motorcycle?
County Fair MapYes, we have a special Motorcycle Parking Lot. Ask car parkers, ticket takers or follow signs. There’s a roped off area just West of the white Commercial Tents with yellow kick stand boards. (first come, first serve)
How much do tickets for the entertainment cost?
Your paid gate admission includes free access to all grandstand entertainment, including the concert series and the thrilling tractor pull. You can attend the fair for just $7 per day with a season ticket. Daily gate admission is $10 if purchased before 12:00 PM, $15 after 12:00 PM, or take advantage of a special $10 all-day rate on Sunday. Children aged nine and under are free! Season tickets are an excellent value at $35 in advance or $40 at the gate. You can purchase tickets at most Dodge County Banks, The Market in Beaver Dam, Leroy Meats of Horicon and Fox Lake, Beaver Dam or Juneau Piggly Wiggly, or the Fairgrounds Office. Where do I find Handicap Parking?
County Fair MapThere are two sections to accommodate as many spots as possible. The main section is located south of the white Commercial Tents off Fairview Road. The second section is located on Grand Avenue along the Youth and Storage Buildings (when full, see a parking attendant for assistance).
When is Senior Citizen Day and how do I get discount admission?
Senior Citizen Day at the Dodge County Fair is on Thursday from 12 pm to 5 pm in Radio Park. Eligible seniors (55 years or older) must pick up a coupon at Charleston House Assisted Living, 104 Fakes Ct, Beaver Dam, WI 53916 to get discounted admission. $2.00 off coupons are only valid before 12 pm, so get out to the Fair early on Thursday!

Is there a beer tent at the Fair?
Yes, the famous Legion Beer Pavilion on Wisconsin Street along with the main concession stand and trackside bars around the grandstand stage area. Many brands onsite to satisfy everyone’s taste buds!
What are the Admission Prices to the County Fair?

Midway Rides InfoWristband days for discounted carnival rides are Wednesday (1-5 pm or 6-10 pm), Thursday (1-5 pm or 6-10 pm), Friday (1-5 pm or 6-10 pm), and Sunday (12-4 pm). Saturday is Family Day, with a 50% discount on ride tickets from 12-5 pm; 40 tickets for $30.00. Rides take a break from 5-6 pm Wed-Fri to switch wristband promotions. Wristbands and discount tickets can only be used during the promotion period.

Booth spaces cost $25 and are payable on the day of the event to Cindy Ninmann. Typically, spaces are about 20 x 20, but there are no strict size limits. Do I need to reserve or register in advance as a Flea Market and Craft Fair vendor?
To register as a vendor at the Dodge County Flea Market, please submit the information requested by the State of Wisconsin and complete our online application at https://forms.gle/8DBW4D72EeQgSiQ27. Set-up starts at 6 AM. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, but with hundreds of booth spaces, acres of outdoor areas, and five large indoor buildings, there’s plenty of room. What items can be sold at the Flea Market?
Virtually everything from A to Z is allowed with some restrictions. We do not permit the sale of firearms, weapons, alcohol, tobacco, or other items regulated and licensed by local, state, or federal authorities. Food vendors must obtain prior approval, sell only pre-packaged foods not meant for immediate consumption, and present a valid state license along with proof of inspection. If we purchase tickets for rides, do they need to be used all in one day or can you purchase a bunch and use them all weekend long?
Wristbands and discount tickets can only be used during the promotion time period. All Kids Day and Family Day discount promotion tickets must be used during the special promotion hours. Regular price tickets can be used any day or time of the five-day event.
What time can Flea Market vendors start setting up their booths?
Flea Market and Craft Fair vendors can start setting up their booth at 6 AM on the morning of each event. Vendors have two hours, 6-8 AM for set-up. Outdoor booths have enough room for your vehicle and booth, just pull-in to the space and park on the grass. Indoor vendors can unload outside the building and park in the parking lot.
Do you have a Dump Station for RVs?
Yes, our sewer dump station is available 24/7 from April through October (excluding the third week of August during the County Fair) next to the racetrack scoreboard. No additional charge while staying overnight in the RV Park, $10 fee for dump station use only with self-service payment envelope, cash or check to the Dodge County Fair Association at the dump station drop box.
What are the nightly fees for Fairgrounds RV Park?
Rates per night: $52 for full hookups FHU 50-Amp, $46.80 for 50-Amp, and $36.40 for 30-Amp electric service sites. Or, as long-term rates (more than 28 nights) as low as $35.29, $33.87, and $24.70. How do I reserve an RV campground site?
Please use our self-service online reservation system (click here) to see which sites are available and make reservations. On arrival, please use the self-service check-in feature from your smartphone, an email link will be sent from Fairgrounds RV Park or Campspot. Our camp hosts will greet you and answer any questions. Thank you for supporting the non-profit Fairgrounds.
Where do I pay for my RV Site on arrival?
All payments are self-service and due when placing a reservation at https://www.campspot.com/book/dodgecountyfairgrounds
We accept cash or checks payable to the Dodge County Fair Association for impromptu drive-in customers, please deposit payment at the Legion Pavilion drop box. After completion of a payment envelope, please remove the top copy and stick it to the inside window of your RV so our camp host can verify payment for each site. Funds support the non-profit Fair Association for facility maintenance and improvements.
Where is my RV camping site?
To help you locate your RV camping site we have our layout saved in Google Maps (click here to open) to show the Legion Pavilion self-service registration station as a blue icon and our 50 numbered RV campground sites here in southeastern Wisconsin. Printed brochures and maps are also available on arrival.
