Buy Early and Save: Lock In Your $3 Discount for the Dodge County Rodeo!

Dust off your boots and get your hats ready, because the wildest show on dirt is heading straight for Beaver Dam! On Saturday, June 27, 2026, the Dodge County Fairgrounds will transform into an absolute pressure cooker of adrenaline and classic western sports.

Whether you are a lifelong rodeo fan or looking for an unforgettable night out with the family, this year’s lineup promises edge-of-your-seat excitement from start to finish. Produced by the legendary Rice Rodeo Company, this event is fully sanctioned by the International Professional Rodeo Association and affiliated with the World Champion Rodeo Alliance. You are going to see top-tier athletes putting it all on the line.

Fun for the Whole Family: Kids' Activities!

The rodeo isn't just for the grown-ups—bring the little cowboys and cowgirls along for a full night of family-friendly entertainment. Before the main event kicks off, the kids can get up close and personal with some incredible animals:

  • Pony Rides: Let your little ones experience their very first "rodeo ride" in a safe, gentle, and fun environment.
  • Petting Zoo: Perfect for animal lovers of all ages! Kids can feed, pet, and interact with a variety of friendly farm animals.

Three Main Events You Can't Miss

When the sun starts to set, the arena lights turn on for a triple-threat of rodeo's most legendary disciplines, each requiring a completely unique blend of grit, speed, and raw athleticism.

  • Professional Bull Riding: It’s the ultimate battle of man versus beast. Watch fearless cowboys match strength against two tons of pure, bucking muscle. In this event, eight seconds can feel like an eternity, and every single second demands absolute bravery.
  • Bronc Riding: This is rodeo in its purest, most historic form. Riding a bucking bronco requires incredible rhythm, balance, and core strength. It’s a beautifully chaotic dance between horse and rider where one wrong move means hitting the dirt.
  • Barrel Racing: When the dust settles for the racers, it becomes a game of fractions of a second. Watch elite cowgirls and their highly trained horses sprint into the arena, tearing around a cloverleaf pattern of barrels at breakneck speeds. The tight turns and explosive acceleration will leave you breathless.

Lock In Your Seats & Save Cash

There is no place quite like the Wisconsin summer festival circuit to experience the raw power of classic rock under the open sky, and this August, the ultimate live music tradition returns to the Moraine Park Main Stage. The Dodge County Fair Association is thrilled to announce that rock and roll icons George Thorogood and The Destroyers will perform on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 8:00 PM. Fresh off a massive 2025 where they played nearly 90 explosive shows, were honored by the GRAMMY Museum, and saw George’s famed “Bad To The Bone” Gibson ES-125TDC guitar placed on permanent exhibit at The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the band is extending The Baddest Show on Earth Tour into 2026. With 53 years of “playing rock & roll hot enough to melt the polar icecaps,” Thorogood and his long-time bandmates—Jeff Simon, Bill Blough, Jim Suhler, and Buddy Leach—are bringing a “renewed taste for danger” to Beaver Dam. 50+ Years of Rock & Roll Party With more than 15 million albums sold and over 8,000 live shows performed, The Destroyers have earned their reputation as “The All-American rock & roll party band”. Fans can expect a “stage-shaking, roof-raising” setlist featuring the hits that made them cornerstones of Classic Rock:
